Each woman has a different image, but does yours reflect who you are?
Have you ever wondered if the combination of your face, hair and look reflect you as you really are? Each woman demonstrates different characteristics. We can use Angelina Jolie and Selena Gomez as an example, both have different images. Angelina shows strength, always with a penetrating look, already Selena shows an aura of delicacy and softness. This image is composed of factors that can be shaped.
“We all have our own beauty, just let it out,” says Ilse Gaedke, image and style consultant, CEO of Lillys Consultoria. The consultant says that many women report how the people around them have mistaken impressions of their image because of the look. “Sometimes the client has a sweet personality, but the shape of her face and her haircut are strong and striking, which ends up transmitting a different image.
To adjust this and show the desired image, the technique used is visagism, which consists of leaving the face, hair and makeup in a more harmonic combination. Whether Angelina or Selena, you can have the look that most pleases you and that shows who you really are, without having to turn the world upside down.
When we change, everything around us changes too. If your look becomes more appropriate, it can influence future relationships and even the work environment. “Some women do not reflect their high intelligence or value because they are unaware that their look is not conveying this message. Don’t hide, make it clear who you are at first glance,” Ilse relates.
Fulfilling who others expect you to be is never a good option, a real person with good self-esteem and confidence will always stand out.
