Conceived and organized by Stanislao Porzio, for 11 years now (the first edition took place at the Teatro Litta in Milan in the last weekend of November 2008), Repanettone is the most popular event dedicated to the typical Milanese dessert.
The fulcrum of the event is the exhibition of excellent artisan panettone, to promote quality. Each edition adds further content to the original core, to make the event even more interesting.

For the fifth consecutive year, the tasting counters of pastry chefs from all over Italy, with a large representation of Campania, will be set up in the halls of the Grand Hotel Parker’s at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 135, a historic five-star hotel, an icon of hospitality in Naples since 1870. Alongside traditional recipes, Re Panettone Napoli gives space to creative variations who compete for the Re Panettone® Napoli Award. The recognition is assigned by a jury of experts with blind tasting and rewards the best innovative panettone.
Among the events not to be missed Artist proofs, cooking lessons during which pastry chefs will be asked to make their panettone live, revealing the main secrets of leavened products.
