The PUMPKIN GARDEN

In the upper Caserta area, inside a farm in perfect New England style, a family of farmers of American origin opens their garden to bring the tradition of the You-pick pumpkin to Italy. Completely immersed in nature, in a garden that hosts a huge variety of plants including olive and kiwi trees, families (and schoolchildren) have the opportunity to experience the atmosphere and the typical colors of autumn walking inside the garden that will house the pumpkin patch. There are many activities you can do: choose, collect and decorate your own pumpkin independently or with special wheelbarrows, admire a small bio-lake where phytoremediation takes place, decorate and / or carve your own pumpkin, taste typical autumn products in the area refreshment. It is also possible to admire the display of giant pumpkins or buy one in the small shop just outside the garden.
The cost to enter the garden and take part in all the activities is € 10. Reservations are recommended. Children under the meter do not pay.
The garden complies with all the anti-covid rules provided by the regulation.
THE PUMPKIN VILLAGE
San Martino Siccomario (PV)
At the gates of Pavia and a short drive from Milan, the first pumpkin village in the area was born. An area of 40 thousand square meters where young and old can immerse themselves in the autumn atmosphere, collect their own pumpkin, carve it and take part in the various activities that are organized here. Open from 26 September to 1 November every day from 10.00 to 24.00, in fact, the park offers families the opportunity to visit, in addition to the pumpkin patch, also the corn tub, the straw castle, the hay labyrinth, the electric garden tractors. Then there are an inflatable area, several markets to buy typical seasonal products, the farmyard with animals (chickens, rabbits, horses and ponies) ….
For adults, chestnuts and mulled wine are scheduled every weekend, live sporting events, meetings with herbalists, saffron and mycology experts, exhibition of wasps and vintage motorcycles. Furthermore, the Puravida restaurant is always open at lunchtime, aperitif and dinner; and on the weekend of Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October, grandparents can take the hearing test for free.
Tickets can be purchased directly on site and cost € 12 for both adults and children over 3 years of age. Reservation is not required.
THE FIELD OF FLOWERS

Near Lake Annone Brianza, there is a huge pumpkin patch with lots of pumpkins to eat (violin, butternut, mantovana, chioggia, hokkaido and spaghetti squash varieties), ornamental and hand-decorated pumpkins for a fantastic treasure hunt.
The garden, which generally hosts fields of tulips and daffodils and is open only in the months of March and April for the flowering of these flowers, transforms in autumn into a real you-pick pumpkin garden for the joy and enjoyment of all. the family. Open from mid-September and throughout the month of October with lots of news and games for the delight of the little ones.
