My limit has come, I had to change
With so many things to do, schedules to keep, home, son, husband, work, an hour didn’t work, and I needed to slow down. Because my health screamed, I was diagnosed with a high level of stress and I had cardiac arrhythmia, almost becoming unconscious.
So, I had no choice, I had to reorganize myself so that everything would flow well, so that I could be well and achieve my goals.
So I started some changes, to have an organized routine, and one of them was domestic chores.
How I organize
I used to take a day off and do everything, keeping clean for the rest of the week, but after the second maternity, and everything that happened, I had to do everything different.
