Yes, then, with multicolor saucers, rainbow cutlery, napkins with a thousand fantasies … But yes, also, in addition to traditional sweets (chat, tortelli, pancakes …), to tantalizing recipes capable of conquering the sweet tooth, satisfying the sight as well as the taste.
THE RECIPES
COLORED CHOCOLATE BALLS
Ingrediants:
300 grams of dry biscuits
150 gr of butter
250 gr of dark chocolate
Almond or coconut flour
Cocoa powder
Colored sprinkles
Chopped hazelnuts
Silver beads
How to proceed:
Finely crumble the biscuits using a meat grinder. Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate. Then add them to the biscuits, mixing the ingredients until they are completely blended.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When it has hardened, form small balls and pass them, as desired, in the almond or coconut flour, in the chopped hazelnuts, in the colored sprinkles, in the silver beads …
Place the balls in colored paper cups and serve cold (to prevent them from melting too quickly, leave them in the freezer for at least an hour before serving).
RAINBOW CUPCAKES

The basic concept is to prepare two cupcakes of different sizes to overlap and decorate them with colored cream frosting and lollipops or gummy candies.
Although it seems a rather complex operation, in reality, once you have prepared the cakes (you can use the recipe you find for both the base and the frosting here) you will have to proceed with the decorations as shown in the image, or inspired by your imagination for a playful and wacky result.
