Here are some foods that can be useful in these first weeks of autumn.
- SALMON AND STUFFED FISH TO STABILIZE THE MOOD
All foods rich in Omega 3 they are great mood stabilizers since they release serotonin, considered the hormone of good mood. Having to choose, it is better to opt for freshly caught fish rather than farmed fish.
- ALMONDS AND DRIED FRUITS FOR MEMORY
Also dried fruit is an excellent food in this season not only because they release serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline, that is the pleasure hormones; but also why they bring tryptophan, an amino acid that promotes well-being and helps you feel better.
- SPINACH WITH LEMON TO OVERCOME TIREDNESS
Although the iron concentration in spinach has been largely scaled down over the years, these vegetables are nonetheless rich in minerals that help counteract physical fatigue. The best way to consume them is raw seasoned with oil and lemon which, thanks to the presence of vitamin C, facilitates the absorption of calcium and iron.

Very rich in vitamin C, kiwifruit are definitely considered a super food since they help strengthen the immune system, preparing it to face the ills of the season and the cold months to come.

Lettuce provides B vitamins which support the nervous system and facilitate the proper functioning of the organism.
