“Three things are left of heaven: the stars, the flowers and the children” is an aphorism that is often attributed to Dante Alighieri. Unfortunately, none of the sources report the work from which this would be taken.
Some sites reported the presence of the aphorism “Three things are left of paradise: the stars, flowers and children” inside Canto V, vv.74-75 of Paradise. By checking, however, the presence of these verses is not noticed not only in that song, but in the whole Divine Comedy. In addition to the Comedy, it is also possible to examine other works by Dante such as Convivio, Epistole, Monarchia to realize that there is no phrase or passage that even remotely approaches the quotation attributed to Dante. So it turns out that this phrase is not in any of his works.
