“For me, the shared bed was a release, because I didn’t feel so tired from sleepless nights. I tried to put her in the crib one night and it was very exhausting to get up, pick her up in my lap, breastfeed, make her sleep… So I used a nest to put her in bed with me. I used it until she was about eight months old,” Graziela says.
